Sales Graduate / Executive

Due to continued expansion we have an exciting new job opportunity…Sales Graduate / Executive, perhaps already qualified or where with training this position would lead to managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.

Responsibilities

• Focusing on growing and developing existing customers together with generating new business.
• Playing an integral role in new business opportunities and hold responsibility for effective on-boarding of new customers.
• Act as key interface between customers and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports in various formats of progress and forecasts to Sales Director and Management.

Requirements
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Highly motivated / organised with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and work well within a team

Job Type: Full-time permanent position

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 per annum

IT Technician

We are currently recruiting for an IT Technician, a position ideal for an individual recently qualified or looking for a new opportunity in IT. Reliance Medical will provide training necessary to develop the successful candidate who has the ambition and desire to progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to Company’s users
• Supporting the Company’s IT infrastructure including hardware and software
• Regular maintenance and administration of Company’s servers and cloud-based services
• Maintenance and administration of Company’s ERP software

Characteristics/Knowledge
• Keen interest in IT/Computing
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Highly organised and attention to detail.
• Can do attitude with a desire to learn and develop including an ability to self-learn
• UK Driving License

Job Type: Full-time permanent position

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (37 hours)

National Account Manager

About Us

We are a family-owned ambitious business based in Talke, Staffordshire. As a manufacturer of first aid and medical devices with a wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary in Shanghai, we are a dynamic and exciting company to work for.

With year-on-year growth, an experienced National Account Manager is required in our first aid division. Experience managing National Accounts is essential.


Job Description
• P & L responsibility and ownership.
• Negotiation and account contact strategy with each account
• Provide relevant account performance information.
• Leadership role – management of a sales channel reporting into Sales Director.
• Provide accurate financial forecasting and volume forecasting for account.
• Manage catalogue cycles on an annual basis.

The Successful Applicant
• Results-driven with the ability to establish and leverage credible business relationships.
• High commercial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written skills, creativity and adaptable to changing situations.
• A strategic thinker, who is assertive and an exceptional negotiator.
• Competitive and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience as national account management essential, experience healthcare, PPE or office supplies is preferred.
