Quality Assurance Graduate

We are currently recruiting for a new role within our quality and regulatory team.

This exciting role is ideal for a new graduate or someone looking to move into the quality/regulatory environment. Reliance Medical will provide training necessary to develop the successful candidate who has the ambition and desire to be fast tracked to a supervisory/management role responsible for the quality team. Reliance Medical is the UK’s leading trade distributor of highest quality surgical dressings, healthcare products, medical equipment and first aid supplies. Reliance Medical is an exciting and rapidly growing medium sized company based in Talke, Stoke-on-Trent. We’re part of a group that includes our wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary, based in Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities
Day to Day running of the QMS
• Complaints/Non-conformance handling
• Supplier assessment
• CAPA
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Role Requirements
Degree in an appropriate field
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Highly organised and attention to detail.
• Can do attitude with a desire to learn and develop
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• UK Driving License

It would be desirable for a candidate to have some experience or knowledge of medical devices

Job Type: Full-time permanent position

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (37 hours)

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000.00 per year

Marketing and Product Manager

Due to continued expansion we have an exciting new job opportunity for a Marketing & Product Manager.

Managing the Marketing and Product team you will be a pivotal member of the team leading on projects to further drive success of the business.

ROLE:

• Managing a marketing & design team.

• Develop marketing strategies for UK distribution channels, wholesale, NHS & Retail.

• Develop & implement a social media strategy.

• Create and execution of annual marketing plan.

• Control and manage product portfolio & brand.

• Support and mentor team for all marketing activity including trade marketing.

• Ensure all marketing activity is delivered on time and on budget.

• Report and present to senior management.

• Budget management.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience leading / mentoring a team.

• Campaign management B2B.

• Commercially / analytically minded.

• Responsible for delivering business-critical projects on time and budget.

• Able to work in a busy environment.

• Passionate and driven.

Key Account Manager

Reliance Medical is the UK’s leading trade distributor of highest quality surgical dressings, healthcare products, medical equipment and first aid supplies. Reliance Medical is an exciting and rapidly growing medium sized company based in Talke, Stoke-on-Trent. We’re part of a group that includes our wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary, based in Shanghai, China.

Due to the continued expansion, we have an exciting job opportunity for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER. Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long term relationships with accounts, and maximising sales opportunities within them.

Responsibilities
• Focusing on growing and developing existing customers together with generating new business.
• Playing an integral role in new business opportunities and hold responsibility for effective on-boarding of new customers.
• Act as key interface between customers and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports in various formats of progress and forecasts to Sales Director and Management.

Role Requirements
• Previous experience required.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Highly motivated with excellent organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time permanent position

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (37 hours)
